1. Selfish Leadership Style

5. Not acting according to their core values

Core values ​​are the foundation of every company. They are our guiding beliefs and they determine how we behave. Behavior is the driving force behind our results. When a leader does not act according to the core values ​​of his company, it has a major impact on the results that the company achieves. The main reason for having core values ​​is to set up decision filters. But if a leader can’t abide by them, it’s only a matter of time before their decisions start to negatively impact the company.

6. Can’t Inspire Growth
