mr. Morale & The Big Steppers is Kendrick Lamar’s highly anticipated sequel to the Pulitzer winner damn. After leading the Black Panther soundtrack, appearance on the Super Bowl LVI halftime show, and guest appearances on songs by Baby Keem, Busta Rhymes, Terrace Martin and more, the rapper revealed he was working on new material last summer. Lamar unveiled the album cover, an image created by Renell Medrano, two days before the record’s release. Launching his Oklama website, Lamar noted that: Mr Morale would be his last release with his longtime label collaborators Top Dawg Entertainment.
