Begin this move by holding a dumbbell vertically in front of your chest. Keeping your core tight, push your hips back and squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Drive through your heels and hips to get back up, flexing your quads and glutes to finish.

With your feet shoulder-width apart, push your hips back and bend your torso so that you’re bent forward at least 45 degrees. Tighten your core and row both dumbbells toward your hips, squeezing your lats at the end. Fully extend your arms before performing another rep.

Grab your dumbbells and hold them shoulder-width apart with your palms facing you. As you lift the dumbbells overhead, turn your palms and elbows away from you and smoothly press the weight up.
