All Trafford parks that have presented the Green Flag Awards have retained them for the fourth year in a row.
Davyhulme Park, Denzell Gardens, Flixton Gardens, Hullard Park, John Leigh Park, Lostock Park, Victoria Park, Walkden Gardens, Walton Park, Woodheys Park and Worthington Park all met the criteria in terms of access and aesthetics to safety and security.
The parks are managed by One Trafford with the support of several Friends of Parks groups.
Environmental Services Executive Cllr Stephen Adshead said: “Congratulations to everyone for achieving the Green Flag Awards for the fourth year in a row. Thank you to the dedicated volunteers who are part of the Friends of Parks groups, our operations teams and the vegetable.
“One Trafford and Friends have also collaborated to create better, biodiverse habitats by planting crocuses, daffodils and wildflower meadows.
“Trafford Council continues to invest in parks as we know how important green spaces are to our local communities,” added Cllr Adshead.
