TThe weather in Nice is not very nice. There is warmth in the air, but the sky, so often azure blue, is a slate gray of dirty clouds. But Jack Vettriano doesn’t mind. The town on the French Riviera has been his home for almost 20 years and he is used to the occasional shower.
