Manchester United 2022/23 away kit ‘leaked’ in images featuring Cristiano Ronaldo

Manchester United’s 2022/23 away kit has been ‘leaked’ online in a series of blurry images.

A Twitter thread from The United Stand posted on Saturday afternoon allegedly showed leaked content from the promotional images for the club’s new away kit.

Despite the extremely low quality of the images posted online, first team stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo can be pictured wearing what appears to be next season’s controversial away shirt.

If we are to believe the leaks, United will wear an away shirt next season inspired by the white jersey the club wore between 1997 and 1999.

The shirt, manufactured by Adidas, will reportedly be predominantly white with black detailing on the sleeves and around the collar.

United’s badge will be displayed on a black shield background, and the title sponsor and manufacturer’s logo will also appear in black on the front of the shirt.

The early kit leak also seems to indicate that DXC Technology will become United’s new sleeve sponsor starting next season. They are an American multinational information technology and consulting firm headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia.

In the leaked images, Jadon Sancho, Anthony Elanga, Bruno Fernandes, Fred and Aaron Wan-Bissaka also appear to be wearing the new away strip.
