Police say a murder investigation is underway early Monday morning after four people were injured and one was killed in a shooting in Sacramento. J, L and 16th Street are closed while officers investigate. The family of the victim who died in the shooting identified him as 31-year-old Greg Najee Grimes. Family told KCRA 3 that Grimes is leaving behind a son and attending Inderkum High School, where he most recently worked as an assistant football coach and teacher. “We want people to know what many have lost today. A friend, a coach, a teacher, a grandson, a cousin, a nephew, a son and most importantly a father,” said Grimes’s family. The shooting happened just after 2 a.m. near a nightclub near 15th and L Streets.
