Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 421 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The lot is located between Classon and Washington Avenues, near the Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum subway station, served by the 2 and 3 trains. Ahron Gluck of AG Builders Pro LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80 meter high development will yield 15,444 square meters dedicated to residential space. The building will have 30 residences, most likely rental based on the average area of 515 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 43-foot-long backyard.
Baobab Architects is listed as the architect of record.
No demolition permits have been applied for yet. An estimated end date has not been announced.
