Polio in London: Every Municipality a Target of JCVI Vaccine Campaign | UK | News

The Joint Vaccination and Immunization Committee (JCVI) has launched a program to target young children in London.

The campaign will first offer booster doses of the inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) to children aged one to nine in the affected boroughs before moving across the city.

The NHS warns parents when it is their child’s turn to receive their booster dose.

The booster comes along with a selection of others being offered with the NHS childhood vaccination catch-up campaign.
