These are the top nine most expensive detached homes in the Metro Vancouver area. However, according to HouseSigma’s home price appraisal tool, they are all currently on the market for more than the estimated sale price.

“The average asking price is 14.64% higher than the estimated sale price of the property,” the company explains.

HouseSigma notes that the most expensive home currently for sale in the region is actually an apartment. It is located in the coal port of Vancouver.

Here are the top nine most expensive detached homes in Metro Vancouver.

1. House in South Granville

This home is located at 1188 55th Ave. in the South Granville area of ​​Vancouver. It currently stands at $28.88 million, but is valued at $25,523,342 according to HouseSigma.

The 13,188-square-foot two-story townhouse has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and has been on the market for 140 days.
