Sasa Kalajdzic: Manchester United considering striker from Stuttgart who would like to move to Old Trafford | News about transfer center

Sasa Kalajdzic is one of a number of strikers Manchester United are eyeing this summer and sources close to the Stuttgart forward claim he wants to move to Old Trafford.

Austria international Kalajdzic has entered the final year of his contract and is thought to be of interest to United as Erik ten Hag looks to bolster his front line before the window closes.

However, Austrian head coach and former United interim manager Ralf Rangnick said Kalajdzic’s development would not be harmed if he stayed at Stuttgart.

However, at the age of 25, the player feels that the time is right for a new challenge. He scored 24 goals in 58 appearances for Stuttgart in all competitions.

Erik ten Hag has provided an update on Cristiano Ronaldo’s condition, as well as his views on Marcus Rashford after the attacker was linked with a move to PSG

United have already brought in defenders Lisandro Martinez and Tyrell Malacia along with midfielder Christian Eriksen this summer, but Ten Hag has not been able to strengthen in the attacking department.

With Anthony Martial currently injured and concerned about Cristiano Ronaldo’s future, United are looking for more options beforehand.

They missed striker Benjamin Sesko, who moves to RB Leipzig next summer, and recently withdrew their interest in Marko Arnautovic in Bologna.

United have spent much of their time chasing their primary forward Antony, but it has long been clear that Ajax intended to keep him and would expect only £70million to change that.
