Summer Sounds is the latest warm weather series that begs you to make the most of these balmy nights.
Music acts such as a David Bowie tribute act, jazz duo Velvet Rose and The Garner Trio will entertain punters every Thursday in August, starting this week on August 4.
Performances take place in the pedestrianized foodie district of Heddon Street in Regent Street and in St James’s Market and take place from 5-8pm, allowing after-work drinks to tread dangerous territory.
The series is also an opportunity to try some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sarap Filipino Bistrot, the largely vegan Tendril, and the recently opened Starman pub.
In addition, Regent Street and St James Gift Ambassadors will be on hand to distribute vouchers, experiences and real gifts from participating businesses in the district.
Summer Sounds takes place on Thursdays in August around Heddon Street and St James’s Market from 5-8pm.
