Three men have been charged by police after they allegedly smuggled $675 million worth of ice cream into Sydney.
NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb will address the public on Thursday morning about the major drug bust discovered last month by Australian Border Force agents.
Nearly 750 kg of methylamphetamine was found in sea freight containers upon arrival at Port Botany.
Police allege that the three men were part of a criminal syndicate that imported the drugs into Sydney.
The three have all been refused bail by the police and are due to appear in court on Thursday.
